The perfect antenna for strong performance
An antenna is used to transmit or receive electromagnetic waves. At the antenna, the electrical energy (e.g. from DATAEAGLE) is converted into electromagnetic waves or vice versa (i.e. electromagnetic waves that are received are converted into electrical energy). Antennas can therefore be used for transmitting and/or receiving. The use of the correct antenna, as well as correct installation, is decisive for the quality of data transmission and therefore for the functionality of the radio link. Some technical terms are explained below, followed by a description of the antennas we recommend and have tested for the various radio technologies. You will also find an overview of our antenna accessories as well as important information on antenna installation and helpful installation examples.
