This is what our gateway can do – DATAEAGLE 7000

The Schildknecht IoT gateway collects sensor and machine data and passes it on through the Device Cloud to your own cloud system. And in reverse, you can send data to the edge gateway from the cloud and the gateway will pass it on to the IoT-enabled devices connected to it. With the Schildknecht IoT gateway DATAEAGLE 7000 you can analyse sensor or machine data in real-time. That makes it well suited for remote monitoring and maintenance, and for Over The Air software updates for mobile machinery. And due to our globally applicable eSIM card we can connect facilities on a truly global scale.

The IoT gateway itself is designed for cost-effective operation: it pre-processes and minimizes the sensor data it receives to lower transmission costs, sending data at a flat rate, regardless of its location. And maximum data security is guaranteed through end-to-end encryption and Security by Design (security based on BSI guidelines and collaboration with TÜV)

Serial: for control technology and fieldbus protocols, sensors and customer specific connections
Analogue and digital IOs: transmission of sensor and actuator data
Bluetooth: connection to Bluetooth Smart devices, e.g. sensors and access through mobile phones

DATAEAGLE 7010	The DATAEAGLE 7010 is the ideal multifunctional tool for measurement and control tasks and has many analog, digital and serial interfaces. Within the DATAEAGLE 7010 series it is the device with the most interfaces. Parameterization is done via the DATAEAGLE portal.
DATAEAGLE 7010 extension	The DATAEAGLE 7010E extension module is an inexpensive and fully system compatible port extension for the DATAEAGLE 7010 device. Up to 3 extension modules can be connected to one DATAEAGLE 7010.
DATAEAGLE 7011	The DATAEAGLE 7011 is the ideal multifunctional tool for measurement and control tasks. The universal inputs collect data from sensors and signal transmitters. The RS485 and RS232 interfaces allow communication via Modbus RTU or the connection of a digital sensor. Furthermore there are 2 outputs.
DATAEAGLE 7012	The DATAEAGLE 7012 is the ideal multifunctional tool for measurement and control tasks. Three universal inputs collect data from sensors and signal transmitters. An analog output can be used for control. Parameterization is done in a few steps via the Device Cloud.
DATAEAGLE 7020	The DATAEAGLE 7020 V3 is a compact data logger with integrated rechargeable battery and is used for the acquisition, processing and transmission of signals. Data from analog sensors and signal transmitters can be acquired via 4 universal inputs. Via mobile radio the data is transmitted in cloud.
DATAEAGLE 7050 – IoT Edge Gateway	The IoT Edge Gateway enables data communication between the controller / machine and the cloud. This allows machine data to be monitored anywhere in the world, e.g. to optimize maintenance cycles. Various fieldbuses (Profinet, Powerlink, Ethercat etc.) are possible, and data transmission is done via mobile radio.
DATAEAGLE Pi	The DATAEAGLE 7050 IoT Edge Gateway is now being upgraded to an Industrial PC. By integrating the Raspberry Pi Compute Module with the security features and the solution expertise of the DATAEAGLE IoT Platform, we built a unique combo for industrial use.
